Miley Cyrus is amazing because she’s real. When she gets bashed because her pants are too short, she’ll make them even shorter next time. It’s like: “Fuck you, don’t tell me what to do.” And I love that. I don’t care how often she’ll smoke from a bong or how sexy she’ll dress, I really don’t. She’s my idol. She has an amazing voice that really touches me. She has the power to sing with feeling and mean what she sings and that way she inspires me so much. She’s been through bullying and loneliness. She’s felt so ugly once that she wouldn’t leave the house. She’d get locked up in the bathroom by school bullies and bang on the door till her fists hurt, screaming for help and no one came. Yet now she’s selling out tours and winning tons of awards and she has so many succesful platinum, gold, #1 albums. She’s my hero. My role model. My life, basically.
